JiinI designed a complete course renovation project for a teaching practicum program where students lacked preparation before teaching in real schools. I started by conducting a needs assessment survey with students who had completed the practicum after taking the original course. Using their feedback, I identified key gaps in preparation and support. Guided by the Dick and Carey model, I then developed a new program that provided structured preparation for students before entering the practicum. This redesign focused on learner readiness, active learning, and bridging the gap between theory and practice, ensuring that students were better equipped for real-world teaching experiences.PROJECTS
